Why can’t I….

…murder somebody in cold blood if they’re popping their gum in the cubicle next to me? Is it a violation of some employee diversity rule, or a noise ordnance, or what?

    Heh. I shared my first office at Sun with a
    woman who was on the phone four hours a day,
    chirping gaily away in Mandarin. I would
    have gladly bought her some Fleer’s to shut
    her up.
