Seeing that Vicki has selected option 2, you might as well close comments for this post. We all know it's going to be 2.

#2, better balance. I'd like #1 if the logo were slightly bigger.

I very much prefer the first one, with the smaller logo. Balance hardly enters into it, since the logo and text are very clearly superimposed on the photo, not part of it. In fact the size of the logo in #2 pushes the text too far into the photo. Watch out, bottom-most plane! That S nearly got your tail!

Cute avatar, Vicki; a little too cute, maybe. What manga did you get it from?

Mark, think! If he did that, he'd have no excuse to go get new signatures for his new skin.

I mean, really. Get with the program!

I'm with Vicki - #2, and for the same reasons.

Someone *really* handy in photoshop could probably scan your current skin, do their magic to pull only the signatures, and then give you a file you could transpose over the new skin image before you submit it for printing.

I vote for 1.

I kept looking at 2, telling myself that I *should* like it better because it's better balanced (before I read Vcki's comment!), but I still didn't like it as well.

Oh. Then I probably shouldn't tell you that I like #2 better; it looks more balanced, with more mass in the corner to balance the weight of the planes, which are mostly above the diagonal on the left.

My vote is for Option 1 for the same reasons the other people have cited.

Option 1 wins it for me -- the logo is less intrusive, whereas in Option 2 it seems to crowd the nearest plane.

And I hear you on the procrastination; currently trying to decide upon the least evil way to spoil a nice piece of platform-agnostic code... *sigh*

Option 1, definitely. As Stephen says the logo in the second is too big.
