		<description>Kim and i are ready to send today back for a refund, too.  She got up at 04:00 and couldn't go back to sleep, and i spent the last 3 hours of sleep dreaming incredibly stupid crap and woke up with a headache and messed-up shoulders.

If you aren't, i recommend taking probiotics.  Trader Joe's has acidophilus supplements that knock out any bowel problems i develop.  Or you could eat a lot of yogurt.</description>
