Unless/until there's a remotely exploitable vulnerability on the domo, I'd leave it as an annoyance. You'll want to do some work on it at some point anyway - wait until then to do the reboot and investigation. And remember - annoying as this may seem (I've personally never seen this before, having run Debian since potato)... you've still got a *yellow* server! Yup.
