My registrar for one of domains (Netfirms) has been sending me expiration notices every few days for a domain which I took great lengths to explain to them (several weeks ago) I do not want to renew.

I moved another domain to 1&1, and the last one I have left with Netfirms (my blog) seems to have renewed OK, but based on email confirmations I suspect I've been billed twice. I won't know for sure untill I get my credit card statement.

How something so simple can be so difficult for some companies never fails to amaze me.
