		<description>I bought the "Big Spoons" paddle I wrote about in http://xcski.com/blogs/pt/2005/07/29/paddle-softly-and-carry-a-light-stick .  I like it a lot.  It's not as light as the Werner paddles with the ergonomic shafts, but it was also a hell of a good deal.

My elbows get very sore after paddling, but a couple of Alieve tablets and a night's sleep usually clears it up.</description>
