		<description>FSSs vary a lot in helpfulness.  The one here is great.  I've never gotten anything useful out of any of the East Coast FSSs.  

We have one or two briefers who just read the weather (usually the new hires), but most of them will tell you what the forcast is, and then what the weather is really going to do, and help you make a decision.</description>
