		<description>The briefer thing is highly dependent on where in the US you are.  I've never gotten a good briefing in New York, but our local briefers (Conroe FSS) are great.  They'll route you around weather, give good advice, whatever you need.

Lots of Lousiana is like that too.  Up north, they're more into reading the briefings to you...</description>

		<description>I listen to some canadian and american radio talk shows occasionally.  There are several that are generally polite to callers, and that characteristic doesn't appear to correlate with nationality, only with maturity.  Have you heard much Limbaugh or Schlessinger?</description>
