Hopefully the housing market is not as screwy there as it is here in central NJ; Brenda & I got outbid on several homes when we were home shopping a few years ago, often by buyers making cash offers far above market value -- even if we'd wanted to play ball, no bank would have loaned us the money. (These people knew what they were doing, since similar units in our condo development are selling for $50-$70,000 more than we paid, a mere three years later.) Good luck to you; it looks great.
