		<description>I'm not going to tell you that going in with a negative attitude is counterproductive.  What I was going to suggest is to print out this blog entry and ask the doctor to read it before she starts.

I think you're going into pain control territory, though, not cure-the-source territory.  And they're coming up with new things every day.
